Please allow at least 24 hrs before tracking your order or contacting us regarding tracking.It may take up to 24 hours from shipping time for the tracking information to appear on the website or to be updated by the carrier. For our mutual security no tracking information will be released by phone or email as this is the most common way thieves use to intercept shipments. You can only view tracking numbers by logging into your account. Orders are shipped as fast as possible. While unusual in extremely busy times orders can be delayed from 1 to 3 days. Orders received on weekends or holidays will not ship until we reopen during normal posted business hours.
Orders placed from countries other than the continental USA require photographic copies of US Government DOD/US Military ID via email. Orders where we are unable to verify your order was placed legally by a US Government employee with proper ID will be automatically canceled.
Orders that include ammunition or cleaning chemicals must be shipped via ground only. The USPS will not ship those goods. Orders from $0 to $499 can be shipped via USPS or FedEx. Orders $500 and up can only be shipped via FedEx due to USPS insurance restrictions.
Shipping times quoted are from time of shipment not from the time the order was placed.

Shipping Liability
While we do our best to ensure that your products reache your door as quickly and as trouble-free as possible, we simply cannot guarantee that the shipping carrier (for example, UPS or FedEx) will not damage or lose your product, or that once delivered, your product will not be stolen or damaged. Once your product is delivered to the address you have provided, you assume all responsibility for its safety and hereby explicitly release US Armorment LTD (DBA usarmorment.com) from all liability and responsibility thereafter. Never accept a damaged shipment.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or second parties. We only ship to the original purchaser.
Back orders & Back order Shipping:
While we endeavor to keep our online inventory completely accurate it is possible at peak times that there may be items out of stock. Our inventory is adjusted as we ship and under peak times there may be delays in updates. We make every attempt to deliver your order from available stock - immediately. Should there be a back order on a part, we'll ship the bulk of your order and WE pay the shipping on the back ordered part(s). No back orders or rain checks on "sale" items.
Note: Products marked as Free Shipping are free in the Continental USA only. All other locations will require normal shipping charges. Please contact us for rates.
Tracking Numbers:
Tracking numbers are free. You do not pay for tracking information. We post tracking numbers in your order history as an automatic feature. If you do not know how to login or can't remember your email address or password we will not release the information by phone or email. The only way to track your package is by logging into your account. Voice mail regarding tracking information will not be returned.

International Orders
Payment by International Money Order or Wire Transfer Only. We welcome international orders. Most items can be shipped with no problem except to restricted countries (see below). Rifle scopes, laser sights and certain other items are restricted to some countries and in that case we must obtain a license to export the item to you. In some cases you may also need an import certificate. This can take 1 to 4 weeks. If you have any questions regarding a purchase please contact us before you order. We do not ship ammunition outside the United States. In some cases you will need to allow up to 14 days for shipping of international orders while paperwork is processed. We will not accept responsibility for packages delivered "empty" for non-USA shipments due to the amount of theft in foreign countries. All import duties and the responsibility of the recipient. Restricted Countries
We do not ship anything to countries deemed a threat to World or USA security. These include but are not limited to the Congo, Columbia, Democratic Republic of the ,Chad, Iran, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Burundi, Cote d'Ivoire, Burma, Eritrea, Somalia, Iraq, Iran, Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Lebanon, Indonesia, Yemen, Nepal, Pakistan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Sudan, Haiti, Central African Republic, Israel, the West Bank and Gaza, Colombia, Philippines, & Afghanistan, We also do not ship to Mainland China, Vietnam, Thailand or Japan without prior arrangements. The only exceptions are verified shipments to US Military personnel and qualified US Government Agencies abroad. Note: Any attempt at fraud or illegal export will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of Federal Law.
Returns
If an order arrives for delivery with damage DO NOT ACCEPT IT.
All returned merchandise must have a return material authorization number (RMA) issued by US Armorment prior to return within 30 days of purchase. Goods returned with an RMA must be in original condition and packaging and all contents and documentation must be present. Items returned without an RMA number will be returned at the shippers expense. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be in original packaging in unused condition. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to change shipping companies at our discretion. Times are calculated in business days from date of shipment, not date of order placement.
Warranties
US Armorment is not a warranty station for any product. All warranties are with the manufacturer of the product purchased. If you have an item that is not working properly it must be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
Ammunition
Non-returnable item. We will not accept any returns on this for safety and liability reasons.
Ammunition Restrictions:
We do not sell or ship ammunition to residents of Alaska (requires air shipment so not allowed), California (shipped to an FFL only), Chicago Illinois, Hawaii, Massachusetts (shipped to an FFL only), New York State (shipped to an FFL only), New Jersey (non-hollow point rifle and shotgun shells are allowed), Washington DC or any location that requires air shipment.
Please check your state and local laws before ordering ammunition. No handgun ammunition can be shipped to New Jersey. Can be shipped FedEx Ground only and only to the billing address. US Armorment reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse an order for ammunition. All ammunition and packaging is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to be factory new and proper quantity. Shortages or damages must be reported to FedEx immediately.
Restricted Products
Certain items may not be legally exported or may require a license. These include but are not limited to rifle parts including stocks, some optics, laser targeting and ranging devices and ammunition. Please contact us before ordering these items for export.
ITAR Statement
I understand that certain products, listed on US Armorment.com are subject to one or more of the export control laws and regulations of the U.S. Government and that they fall under the control jurisdiction of either the Department of State's International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Department of Commerce's Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
I understand that it is unlawful to export, or attempt to export or otherwise transfer or sell any hardware or technical data or furnish any service to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the United States (U.S.), for which a license or written approval of the U.S. Government is required, without first obtaining the required license or written approval from the department of the U.S. Government having jurisdiction.
I understand that, in the ITAR (� 120.16), a foreign person means any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8U.S.C. 1101(a)(20) or who is not a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). I understand that I am responsible for compliance with any and all U.S. Government export controls and regulations and that, if I violate them, it could result upon conviction in severe criminal and civil penalties (including substantial fines, imprisonment, seizure of controlled products and technical data, and/or suspension/removal of export privileges) for my company and me.
I am purchasing the articles identified on the attached purchase order for use or resale in the U.S. only.
I understand that these items will not be exported, provided to foreign persons in the U.S. (including Foreign Embassies in the U.S.A.), or sold domestically for export by a third party (including U.S. Government agencies).
If/when I resell these items, I will advise my customers of their duty to comply with U.S. export control regulations or face the possibility of severe criminal and civil fines including imprisonment if convicted.

If/when I resell these items, I will inform my customers that if these items are lost, stolen or destroyed, they must report to me this fact and provide the date of the incident as well as the associated serial number of the item.
