Note(1): USPS - NOT TRACKABLE. You may well receive your item before USPS updates it's status.

Note(2): We cannot honor requests to "leave in the yard" or "no signature please" unless you pay by wire transfer or money order. In that case we are not financially responsible for the loss of the shipment. If a shipment loss occurs we would submit a claim and reimburse you when and if the claim is paid. Unfortunately the majority of companies are doing the same thing and also FedEx and USPS will not deliver high dollar insured shipments without a signature. In the case of shipping ammunition there is too much liability involved in a situation where an unauthorized person my get the shipment and insurance regulations will not permit no signature deliveries.

Backorders & Backorder Shipping:

While we endeavor to keep our online inventory completely accurate it is possible at peak times that there may be items out of stock. Our inventory is adjusted as we ship and under peak times there may be delays in updates. We make every attempt to deliver your order from available stock - immediately. Should there be a backorder on a part, we'll ship the bulk of your order and WE pay the shipping on the backordered part(s).

Pennsylvania residents only: Sales tax is 8% regardless of where in Pennsylvania you live. It is based on the address of origin not the shipping address and we are located in the 8% tax zone.

International Orders

Payment by International Money Order or Wire Transfer Only. We welcome international orders. Most items can be shipped with no problem except to restricted countries (see below). Rifle scopes, laser sights and certain other items are restricted to some countries and in that case we must obtain a license to export the item to you. In some cases you may also need an import certificate. This can take 1 to 4 weeks. If you have any questions regarding a purchase please contact us before you order. We do not ship ammunition outside the United States. In some cases you will need to allow up to 14 days for shipping of international orders while paperwork is processed. We will not accept responsibility for packages delivered "empty" for non-USA shipments due to the amount of theft in foreign countries.

Restricted Countries

We do not ship anything to countries deemed a threat to World or USA security. These include but are not limited to the Congo, Columbia, Democratic Republic of the ,Chad, Iran, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Burundi, Côte d'Ivoire, Burma, Eritrea, Somalia, Iraq, Iran, Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Lebanon, Indonesia, Yemen, Nepal, Pakistan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Sudan, Haiti, Central African Republic, Israel, the West Bank and Gaza, Colombia, Philippines, & Afghanistan, We also do not ship to Mainland China, Vietnam, Thailand or Japan without prior arrangements. The only exceptions are verified shipments to US Military personnel and qualified US Government Agencies abroad.

Returns

All returned merchandise must have a return material authorization number (RMA) issued by US Armorment prior to return within 30 days of purchase. Goods returned with an RMA must be in original condition and packaging and all contents and documentation must be present. Items returned without an RMA number will be returned at the shipper’s expense. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be in original packaging in unused condition. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Ammunition

Non-returnable item; we will not accept any returns on this. Ammo restrictions: We do not sell ammunition to Hawaii, Alaska, Massachusetts; New York City; Washington, DC; or Cook County, Illinois. Please check your state and local laws before ordering ammunition.You must be at least 18 years of age to order ammunition. Can be shipped FedEx Ground only. US Armorment reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse an order for ammunition

Restricted Products

Certain items may not be legally exported or may require a license. These include but are not limited to rifle parts including stocks, some optics, laser targeting and ranging devices and ammunition. Please contact us before ordering these items for export.

Military discounts are applicable to orders shipped to a valid APO address.
