Shipping & Returns

The following methods of shipment are available on our website:

UPS - Pickups Monday thru Friday. UPS does not pickup or accept packages on weekends.

UPS Ground (Delivery in 1-7 Business Days) * Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. UPS Ground reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states.

UPS 2nd Day Air * UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) by the end of the second business day. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.

UPS Next Day Air * UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states. UPS guarantees delivery by 10:30 A.M., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 P.M. on Saturdays).

USPS Parcel Post † The USPS standard shipping option. Parcel Post packages can weigh up to 70 pounds and measure up to 130 inches in length and girth combined. Pickup Monday thru Friday. USPS does not pickup on weekends however it does deliver on Saturday.

USPS Bound Printed Matter† The USPS Bound Printed Matter service is a cost efficient way to mail permanently-bound sheets of advertising, promotional, directory or editorial material such as catalogs. The maximum weight for the Bound Printed Matter shipping option is 15 pounds. Rates are based on weight, distance and shape.

USPS First Class † The USPS shipping option for packages weighing less than 13 ounces.

USPS Priority (2-4 Business Days) † The USPS express shipping option.

Note: USPS tracking is available however it is slow to update by USPS. You may well receive your item before USPS updates it's status.

Backorder Shipping All backorders ship upon arrival and incur a regular shipping charge. Each of these methods represent a different level of service, as well as a different cost to the customer.

Pennsylvania residents only: Sales tax is 7% regardless of where in Pennsylvania you live. It is based on the address of origin not the shipping address and we are located in the 7% tax zone.

International Orders

We welcome international orders. Most items can be shipped with no problem except to restricted countries (see below). Rifle scopes, laser sights and certain other items are restricted to some countries and in that case we must obtain a license to export the item to you. In some cases you may also need an import certificate. This can take 1 to 4 weeks. If you have any questions regarding a purchase please contact us before you order. We do not ship ammunition outside the United States. In some cases you will need to allow up to 14 days for shipping of international orders while paperwork is processed. We will not accept responsibility for packages delivered "empty" for non-USA shipments due to the amount of theft in foreign countries.

Restricted Countries

We do not ship anything to countries deemed a threat to World or USA security. These include but are not limited to the Congo, Columbia, Democratic Republic of the ,Chad, Iran, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Burundi, Côte d'Ivoire, Burma, Eritrea, Somalia, Iraq, Iran, Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Lebanon, Indonesia, Yemen, Nepal, Pakistan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Sudan, Haiti, Central African Republic, Israel, the West Bank and Gaza, Colombia, Philippines, & Afghanistan, We also do not ship to Mainland China, Vietnam, Thailand or Japan without prior arrangements. The only exceptions are verified shipments to US Military personnel and qualified US Government Agencies abroad.

Returns

All returned merchandise must have a return material authorization number (RMA) issued by US Armorment prior to return within 30 days of purchase. Goods returned with an RMA must be in original condition and packaging and all contents and documentation must be present. Items returned without an RMA number will be returned at the shipper’s expense. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returns must be in original packaging in unused condition. If not they will be subject to a 15 percent re-stocking charge. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Ammunition

Non-returnable item; we will not accept any returns on this. Ammo restrictions: We do not sell ammunition to Hawaii, Alaska, Massachusetts; New York City; Washington, DC; or Cook County, Illinois. Please check your state and local laws before ordering ammunition.You must be at least 18 years of age to order ammunition. Can be shipped UPS Ground only.
