The 5.56 mm M200 blank has a purple lacquer on rosette crimp and knurl on the case body. This round is very popular blank for simulated firing in training exercises. It is the ideal blank for use in the M16, M16A1, M16A2 and M4 rifles, the port firing weapon M231, and the machine gun M249.
